Orders and Payments

- All orders are reviewed and processed manually by registered pharmacists who are members of the GPhC.
- A confirmation email indicates receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed when SW Pharma issues a sale invoice after pharmacist review.
- Prescription medications are only delivered within the UK.
Damaged Items
If prescription medications arrive damaged or if there is an error in delivery, please contact us immediately. We will take appropriate action to replace damaged products or correct any errors.
Returning your items
You cannot return the following unless they are damaged or faulty:

Unfortunately, we cannot pay the costs of returning your items and will not be liable for any damages caused in the post. These terms do not apply to faulty or damaged goods.
Make sure that any items you return are securely packaged. We recommend you send all returned items by ‘Signed for’ or ‘Tracked’ delivery.
